    材料生命周期清单编制的算法

    Algorithm for Materials Life Cycle Inventory

    • 摘要: 材料生命周期清单编制的算法清单分析通过对生命周期中能量和原材料的需求以及环境释放的量化分析,发现改善产品环境性能的环节和方法.通过清单分析步骤的明确及流程建模等关键技术的分析,建立了清单分析数据流的主流平衡算法;根据平衡计算结果,建立了基于递归分析方法的各单元过程编目数据流的清单汇总算法;并以钢铁材料生产过程为例,开展了清单编制算法的验证和具体应用.

       

      Abstract: Life cycle inventory(LCI) can be used to quantify the energy input,material assumption and environmental emission of a product system in their whole life cycle,and identify measures to improve their environmental property.A data flow balancing algorithm was built by the definitude of LCI steps and the flow sheet modeling,and LCI data compiling method was also gained based on the recursion algorithm for the unit process data flow.Furthermore,the built LCI algorithm was used to verify and practise life cycle inventory of iron and steel production.
