    Key Technology of Fault Diagnosis on the Bar and Wire Rolling Mill Gear Box

    • 摘要: 为了提高棒线材轧机齿轮箱故障诊断的准确率,采用共振解调技术对“矩阵判别筛选法”和“双特征分析法”机械故障诊断方法进行了整合,在分析大量实验、实测数据以及所发现的21次故障隐患的基础上,归纳出棒线材厂轧机齿轮箱故障诊断的基本规则,并应用于现场实际诊断.

       

      Abstract: To raise the accuracy of the fault diagnosis of the gear,through the study on resonance-demodula- tion technology of picking up the shock pulses,and combining“the matrix distinguishing sieve method and“the double characteristic analysis method”,this article concludes the basic diagnosis rules of the wire rolling mill gear box based on analysis of a great deal experimented and tested data,and identification of twenty-one hidden troubles.The rules have been applied in the real fault diagnosis,and are proved to work well.
