    • 摘要: 为解决火力干燥不足,建立了一套针对粒度细、水分大的泥性物料以间接热传导为主、热辐射为辅的干燥工艺线,用于浮选精煤、尾煤泥滤饼、精矿粉、污泥以及化工原料的干燥脱水.螺旋干燥机是该干燥工艺线中的核心设备,针对原有的桨叶式螺旋干燥机在结构上存在的问题,从结构上进行改进并设计了一种管式螺旋干燥机.使用ANSYS软件对2种螺旋轴体结构进行了热应力分析和计算,结果证明管式螺旋干燥机结构更合理.该设备能达到热源与物料分离,实现安全工艺,同时提高产品质量,降低成本.

       

      Abstract: In order to avoid the disadvantage of fire drying,the dryness technology route is established for slimy materiel based on heat exchange and heat radiation.It is mainly used for fine coal,residual coal,fine mine powder and chemical materiel dehydration.And especially it is an indirect dryness system for fine and washy materiel.A tube-type dryer is designed which is substituted for lamina-type dryer.Heat stress analysis is conducted by ANSYS.The tube-type dryer achieves the separation of heat source and material for safe process.Moreover,the performance of dryer and quality of product are increased with the tube-type construction.At the same time,the manufacture cost and power are reduced.It is valuable to the design and remodel of similar machine.
