    The Analysis and Disposal of the Fluoride Waste from Hydrofluoric Acid Alkylation of Oli

    • 摘要: 对美国的氢氟酸烷基化装置的废碱液和废渣进行了分析和试验,结果表明,废碱液中的主要组分是氟化钠,废渣中除氟化钙外,还有相当过量的氟化钠造成环境氟污染,并模拟氟划钙废渣在自然界被雨水、地下水浸取的过程,发现原设计的废渣治理措施不能有效地防止氟污染,因而提出一个个新的处理方案,其工艺简便易行有较好的社会效益和经济效益。

       

      Abstract: In recent years, China imported about ten sets of equipment for hydrofluoric acid alkylation in oil refineries. Analysis shows that both the waste alkaline liquid and waste residue of CaF2 discharged thereform contain mainly sodium fluoride, and some calcium fluoride in the residue. The result reveals the unreliable environmental safety assurance of the manufacturer. The key to solving this problem lies in recovering NaF, a useful chemical, in which the authors have succeeded at laboratory scale, A new waste treatment plan will save 40 tons of CaCl2 and recover 40 tons of NaF for each installation.
