    The Effect of Thermal Cycles on the Toughness of HAZ in welding of Superhigh Strength Steel

    • 摘要: 本文研究了热循环的改变对焊接热影响区冲击韧性的影响及其断口特征。实验结果说明,冷速越大,冲击韧性越好;冷却时间长,显微组织粗化,出现粗大孪晶马氏体,这是影响韧性低的主要原因。模拟加热后,再经900℃、600℃两次加热,可改善影响区的冲击韧性。

       

      Abstract: The influence by the change of thermal cycles on the impact toughness of HAZ in welding and its fracture characteristics are studied in this paper. Analysis on the fracture of impact specimens was carried out by SEM.The experimental results illustrated that: the higher is the cooling rate, the better will the impact toughness be. The main cause of low impact toughness is that following the long cooling time, the structure becomes coarsing and appears corse-grained twin-mastensite. After simulative heating and twice progressive heating at 900℃ and 600℃, the impact toughness of HAZ might be improved.
