    新型平板热管换热器热回收特性实验研究

    Novel Plate Heat Pipe Heat Exchanger for Heat Recovery Characteristics in Room Ventilation

    • 摘要: 针对普通住宅日常通风换气的特点设计出一台小型平板热管通风换热器,在不同风量(60、90、120、150m3/h)和室内外温差(室外新风温度为27~40℃,室内排风温度控制在24℃)的条件下,针对夏季工况,进行了热管换热器的真空度对其热回收效率影响的实验研究.实验结果表明,该热管换热器热回收效率较高,最高热回收效率接近60%;在风量较高的情况下,真空度对其热回收效率影响很小.

       

      Abstract: A plate heat pipe heat exchanger for room ventilation is designed.Its performance affected by vacuum is experimentally investigated.Experiments were carried out under the simulated summer condition.The air volume rates were changed at 60,90,120,and 150 m3/h.The fresh air temperature varied from 27 to 40 ℃,whereas the return air temperature was kept at about 24 ℃.Results show that the conservation effect of the heat pipe heat exchanger is prominent and the maximum effectiveness is about 60%.The change for effectiveness is slightly different from variation of vacuum.
