    超声跟踪反常声光偏转器优化设计

    Optimum Design of Anisotropic Acousto-optic Device With Beam Steering Theory

    • 摘要: 以超声跟踪反常声光器件的设计思想为基础,讨论了超声跟踪LiNbO3反常声光器件的设计思路和具体方法.对平面结构和阶梯结构2种情况下超声跟踪LiNbO3声光器件的优化设计进行了系统的研究和计算.结果表明,利用超声跟踪方法可以实现反常声光器件的优化设计,能获得较宽的带宽以及更高的衍射效率.同时,阶梯结构一级超声跟踪可以有效提高超声波的能量利用率.

       

      Abstract: In this paper,ways to design LiNbO3 anisotropic acousto-optic device based on beam steering theory are studied.The accurate design parameters for plane configuration and step configuration are systematically calculated.The result shows that anisotropic acousto-optic device using LiNbO3 crystal can realize optimum design with beam steering theory;it can gain wide 3 db bandwidth and high diffractive efficiency simultane- ously.The research also shows that acousto-optic device designed in step configuration gains a higher energy utilization ratio comparing with that of the plane configuration.
