    出血性休克微循环血流的流变学分析之一:血浆层与拟剪切率的相关性

    The Relation Between Cell-Free Plasma Layer and Pseudo Shear Rate, One of the Rheology Analyses of Hemorrhagic shock

    • 摘要: 在对大鼠提睾肌微循环血流在体观察的基础上,采用高倍显微电视摄像系统,以及在循环图象处理系统进行了微动脉血流中血浆层厚度和流速的定量分析,用微血管光密度自适应识别法进行管径、中心细胞柱直径、血浆层厚度的测量,用飞点跟踪法测量红细胞(RBCs)的流速,通过在体条件下正常期、失血期、休克期、恢复期的提睾肌微动脉血流的跟踪测量,由实验数据,作出了边缘血浆层与拟剪切率之间的非线性回归相关曲线及其经验关系式,给出了休克刚刚发生时的临界剪切率值,这一多数可以作为一种新的评价微循环障碍指标.特别地指出:在休克微循环发展的过程中,边缘血浆层超前于剪切率的消失是造成微循环障碍的重要流变学因素.

       

      Abstract: On observing the cremaster muscle microcirculation blood flow of rats in vivo, the quantitative analyses of the cell-free plasma layer thickness and blood yelocity in arteriole blood flow are carried out with multiple microscope videoimage system and Microcirculation Image Processing(MICP) system.The determination of the plasma layer thickness,central cell column diameter and vessel diameter are made with the microvessel light intensity self-adaptable discernment method,and the RBCs velocity is determined with flying spots method.Upon measurement of the cremaster muscle microvascular flow of control period,bleeding period,shock and recovery period in vivo,the nonlinear regression coresponding curvee and their experimental relationship between the edge.plasma layer and pseudo shear rate are figured out according to experimental data.The critical shear rate value is got as soon as theshock happened.This parameter can be regarded as a new evaluation index of microcirculation barrier.It is specially indicated that the decreasing speed of the thickness of edge plasma layer is greater than that of shear rate,which is the important theology factor that caused the microcirculation barrier in the process of shock microcirculation expanse.
