    DEA Method for Evaluating the Transfer Efficiency of Urban Public Transportation Terminal

    • 摘要: 作者探讨了数据包络分析方法在城市客运交通枢纽换乘效率评价中的应用思路和过程,建立了客运交通枢纽换乘效率模型,提出了换乘效率模型中各项指标的计算方法.结合相应的DEA非均一评价模型,进行了北京市部分客运交通枢纽换乘效率评价的实例研究,给出了参评枢纽的换乘效率排序。进行了输入冗余率及输出亏空率分析,换乘功能侧重分析,并针对非DEA有效的决策单元提供了如何调整各项指标使之达到相对有效的有关管理决策信息.

       

      Abstract: The authors discuss the DEA (data envelopment analysis) model,and applying it to evaluate trans- fer efficiency of urban public transportation terminals.The import-export indexes and the DEA non-uniform evaluation model are established.A case study of the transfer efficiency evaluation of several transportation terminals in Beijing is conducted.We have gained the efficiency order of the several urban public transporta- tion terminals,and analyzed the import-redundancy and the export red.Finally we have provided suggestions which may adjust the inefficient units to efficient ones.
