    Effects of Oil Seal Edge Geometry on Flow Field Structure and Load Capacity in Hydrostatic Oil Cavity

    • 摘要: 为揭示高档数控机床中静压油腔几何形状对承载力的影响,研究了油腔封油边形状对油腔内部流场结构及承载力的影响.模拟封油边高度、长度、角度及微结构等因素对流场中的涡胞结构和承载力的影响.计算结果表明,承载力与入口雷诺数Re、封油边长度成正比;增加封油边高度和微结构将减少承载力;封油边角度对流场涡胞结构影响明显,但对承载力影响微小.该研究对优化高档数控机床静压油腔结构,提高承载力有指导意义.

       

      Abstract: To find out the effects of geometry of the oil seal edge on flow field and load capacity of NC machine's hydrostatic oil cavity,computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation is applied.Results indicate that the height,length,angle and microstructure of the oil seal edge have important effects on the vortices of flow field and load capacity.By changing these factors,the pressure of the flow field and the load capacity can be improved.The results can be used to optimize the design of geometry of hydrostatic oil cavity and improve its performance.
