    Numerical Simulation of Blast Loads and Dynamic Response of Reinforced Concrete Slab Subjected to Close-in Explosion

    • 摘要: 采用AUTODYN软件对自由空气中爆炸荷载进行了数值模拟,分析了空气网格尺寸和求解算法对爆炸荷载模拟结果的影响,并与经验预测和TM5-1000值进行了比较分析.研究结果表明,空气单元网格尺寸对爆炸冲击波峰值超压有着显著的影响,对冲量也有一定的影响;Euler-FCT算法较Euler-G算法提高了爆炸荷载的模拟精度,通过增加装药量,可以得到与实际值较吻合的模拟结果.同时采用流固耦合数值模拟方法进行了近爆作用下钢筋混凝土板的动力响应分析,较合理地展现了钢筋混凝土板从混凝土开裂、碎片形成、部分钢筋屈服到板局部震塌破坏的动态演变过程.

       

      Abstract: In the evaluation of anti-explosion performance for significant building and protective engineering structures,a direct simulation using appropriate computational technique is very necessary,wherein the simulation precision of blast loads becomes mainly concerned problem.This paper presents a numerical simulation study on the prediction of the blast load in free air using AUTODYN software,with focus on the sensitivity of the simulated blast load to the mesh grid size and solution algorithms.The results are compared with empirical predictions and blast parameters from TM5-1300.It is found that the mesh size has a remarkable effect on peak overpressure and a certain extent effect on impulse,and the Euler-FCT algorithm in contrast with Euler-G improves the accuracy and efficiency.However,the blast loads tends to be systematically underestimated;the underestimation of blast load may be compensated by imposing a charge adjustment factor of 1.5.The dynamic response of the reinforced concrete slab under nearby explosion is then analyzed using a coupled scheme,and the full processes of the deformation and damage of RC slab such as the cracking and break-up of concrete,yield of reinforcing bars,and local perforation are observed realistically.
