    高性能电流变材料的性能测定和实验研究

    Property Improvement of an Electro-Rheological Fluid Based on Fibrin

    • 摘要: 从工程应用的角度出发,配制了一种新的高性能电流变材料(A-ERF),并对其性能进行了测定和实验研究.将配制好的A-ERF密封后储存,1个月内没有明显的沉淀和分层现象;剪切应力比较大,可达3kPa以上;击穿电压比较高,可以在9 kV/mm的电场下不发生击穿现象.实验结果表明,新材料在提高悬浮稳定性、降低初始粘度等主要性能方面有较大改进,并且制备简单,无毒,无污染,较好地满足了工程应用的要求.

       

      Abstract: The experimental research was made to investigate the properties of a new kind of electro-rheological fluid (A-ERF) composed of silicon oil and fibrin. The material had no deposition and delamination during one month after the prepared A-ERF was sealed, and its shear stress was up to 3 kPa, its breakage voltage was higher than 9kV/mm. The experimental results show that the new electro-rheological fluid can meet the needs in engineering application due to its high stability and other improvement in electro-rheological effect.
