    Study on the Movement Accuracy Analysis and Control for CNC Grinding Machining Tool

    • 摘要: 在大中型工件的精密磨削过程中,数控磨床的运动精度是影响工件几何形状误差的重要因数.运用多 体系统运动学理论,建立了计及误差的数控磨床运动方程,揭示出保证精密磨削过程得以实现的机械系统运动 本质,并以此为基础,提出适合精密磨削运动控制的数控指令生成方法.

       

      Abstract: The movement accuracy of CNC grinding machining tool is the important influence factor for the precision of geometric shape in the grinding process of large workpiece structure. Based on the kinematics of multi-body system, the movement equation for CNC grinding machining tool is built and the essential condition equation that the precision grinding process can be implemented is derived. The NC instruction building method which is suitable for the movement control in precision grinding process is also presented in this paper.
