    The Study of Biodegradation for Linear-Chain Sodium Dodecyl Benzenesulfonate by Cultured Microorganisms

    • 摘要: 通过采集水样及土壤样品,培养分离出对直链型十二烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)具有专一的、高效降解活性的两种纯菌种.鉴定为:产碱杆菌(Alcaligences sp.)和芽孢杆菌(Bacillus sp.).并进一步做了两种菌降解LAS活性的试验,确定了它们在废水处理工程中应用的可能性.

       

      Abstract: in this atricle, two intact species of microorganisms with specific and efficient activity have been cultured and separated for the biodegradation of Linear-Chain sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate. Identification experiments are carried out in order to classify the two species biologically, which are identified as Alcaligenes sp.and Bacillus sp. Activity experiments with microorganisms are also conducted to substantiate the possibilily of their practical applications in water treatment engineering.
