    • 摘要: 针对主动脉弓、S形弯曲动脉、颈动脉、腹主动脉等几种典型动脉的血流动力学数值模拟结果进行了分析和探讨,对动脉狭窄及其旁路移植管搭桥术、动脉瘤及其血管内支架治疗、主动脉夹层及其旁路搭桥术等血流动力学进行了讨论.研究结果表明,血流动力学不仅在动脉病变的发生和发展过程中起着决定性的作用,而且是外科医生在心血管疾病的手术和介入治疗等过程中必须充分考虑的因素.

       

      Abstract: The hemodynamics simulations of the aortic arch, S-shaped curved artery, carotid artery, abdominal artery, etc. were analyzed. Hemodynamics simulations of arterial stenosis and its bypass graft treatment, arterial aneurysm and its endovascular stent treatment, aortic dissection and its bypass graft treatment were discussed. Hemodynamics not only plays a crucial role in the initiation and development of arterial pathological changes, but also is a noteworthy factor which should be considered in the procedures of surgery and intervention treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Hemodynamics simulation has become an assistant decision-making tool for the treatment strategy of cardiovascular diseases, and can provide instructions of surgical planning for surgeons.
