    Synthesis of 2-Nitronaphthalene with Direct Nitration Method

    • 摘要: 萘直接以混合酸硝化时,主要的产物是1-硝基,其异构体2-硝基萘一般只占约5%,本文利用溶剂化层效应,使进攻试剂的体积增大,迫使反应在空间阻碍较小的位置上进行,从而使硝基萘的产率提高到了40%以上。

       

      Abstract: When naphthalene is nitrated with mixed acids, the main product is 1-nitronaphthalene, while its isotner, 2-nitronaphthalene, generally takes up only 5%.It is reported in this paper that by using the Solventized-layer effect to increase the volume of attacking agent, the reaction would be compelled to take place at the less stejic hindered site.Thus, in the direct nitration of naphthalene, the yield of 2-nitronaphthalene may be increased over 40%.
