    Application of Sercos on Fully Electric Designs of Injection Molder

    • 摘要: 针对传统注塑机在加工精度、加工效率上的不足,提出一种全电子注塑机的控制方案,介绍了基于SERCOSⅡ实时系统的运动控制方法,分析了实现注塑过程的高速、高精度的硬件体系.在试验样机3个月的连续工作中,当周期循环时间为4ms,注射量最大达到80cm3时,产品的成型周期能控制在15s以内,注出产品的质量、精度均满足要求,表明该设计切实可行.

       

      Abstract: To improve the precision and efficiency of the traditional injection Molding machine,a control method of fully electric injection molder is introduced.With a summary of real-time data exchange based on SERCOSⅡ,the concept of motion control and the hardware system are mainly included.During the period of a 3-month successive test operation, the molding period can be dominated in 15 seconds when the system cycle-time is 4 ms and the injection max-volume is 70 cm3,and the product conforms well to quality and precision.
