    Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Friction Welded Joint of Hydrogen TC4 Titanium Alloy

    • 摘要: 首次对2 mm厚置氢TC4钛合金进行搅拌摩擦焊焊接开展了含氢量分别为0.1%和0.4%两种条件下的搅拌摩擦焊工艺研究,对比分析研究了置氢TCA钛合金FSW微观组织和力学性能,初步摸索出置氢TCA钛合金FSW热机加工行为,评价了置氢钛合金材料的FSW焊接性能,置氢TCA钛合金搅拌摩擦焊接头组织细化,热机加工性能明显改善.

       

      Abstract: Friction stir welding was used in hydrogen titanium alloy of 2 mm thick.Technology research was done about 0.1%and 0.4%hydrogen titanium alloy, respectively.Analysis of the microstructure-property of friction stir welding for hydrogen TC4 by SEM was conducted, and mechanical properties of the joints were tested or evaluated.Discussion of hydrogen titanium alloy welding performance was presented.Hydrogen TC4 joint was refined and hydrogen TC4 titanium alloy machining performance was improved significantly.
