    Power Density Distribution of Industrial High Power Laser Beams and Its Application

    • 摘要: 由于激光功率、光束的模结构与聚焦光斑形态等参数,对加工质量起着决定性作用,通过对工业加工用大功率激光束,特别是聚焦焦点的横截面功率密度分布的测量,可以了解不同激光器加工能力的差异,为激光加工质量的提高提供最基本的数据.采用大功率激光光束光斑质量诊断仪(LQD-1),对几种工业加工用典型大功率激光的功率密度分布进行了测量,所测激光束的模式主要有准基模、混合模、多模,根据测量结果给出了其应用范围.

       

      Abstract: Such parameters as laser power, laser beam mode structure, focusing spot morphology, etc have a decisive effect on laser processing quality. In order to understand the different processing capacity of different laser device, the high power laser beam for industrial processing, especially the power density distribution on the transverse of focusing point, was measured, providing the basic data for raising laser processing quality. The authors adopted the quality diagnostic instrument of high power laser beam / focula to measure the power density distribution of several typical industrial high power laser beams. The main modes of the measured laser beams are quasi-basic mode, mixed mode and multimode, of which the application fields are given according to the measured results.
