    Analysis and Optimum Design of Several Engineering Thin Shell Structures

    • 摘要: 利用美国MSC公司提供的CAE软件对几种常见的工程壳体结构的应力分布及位移变形进行了分析.利用其便捷的前后处理软件 MSC/PATRAN建立了几何模型和有限元分析模型,利用MSC/NASTRAN对模型进行了计算,得到应力分布和变形分布,并利用优化模块以质量最小为目标函数进行了优化得出质量最小的最佳设计.数值分析及优化结果便于工程实际应用.

       

      Abstract: An analysis is made on the stress distribution and the displacement deformation of several engineering thin shell structures using the CAE software offered by USA MSC company. Geometrical models and finite element models are set-up and calculations on the model are made both by using the software MSC/ PATRAN, which is convenient for applications. In addtion, optimum design is carried using existing optimization module in which the smallest mass is taken as the objective function. The results of numerical analysis and optimum design are available to engineering practice.
