    Computer Simulation of Temperature Field in the Intracavitary Microwave Hyperthermia for Treating Cervix Cancer

    • 摘要: 建立了子宫颈癌热疗的热模型,利用体模实验直接测量得到了组织对辐射能的比吸收率(SAR),并通过数据拟合得到了其分布函数.在此基础上利用三维有限元对温度场进行了模拟,并把自编程序计算的结果同商用软件ANSYS的计算结果进行比较;最后针对临床常见情况(肿瘤形状、尺寸、组织灌注率等)进行相应的变多数研究,为临床最佳治疗方案提供了理论依据和参考数据.

       

      Abstract: A heat transfer model is presented for the hyperthermia treatment of cervix cancer using an intracavitary microwave applicator. The specific absorbtion rate (SAR)distributed for the transvaginal probe is measured in a phantom. On this basis, the 3-D finite element simulation of the temperature field is conducted. And the results figured out through programming are compared with that from commercial software called ANSYS. Besides in terms of clinical practice the variations of the parameters are studied, involving the varieties of tumor shape and size, blood perfusion, etc. Finally the theoretical basis and some significant conclusions are presented for clinical application.
