    An Investigation into the Dynamic Real-Time Sensing of Weld Width

    • 摘要: 本文以通过焊接熔池中心的红外扫描横向温度场为根据,提出了一种新颖的焊缝熔宽动态实时检测装置,其检测数据可通过显示、打印系统,进行监视、记录,亦可直接送入微型计算机实现熔宽自适应控制。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a unique real-time sensing equipment for measuring weld width based on infraed transverse temperature-field scanning of the centre of the weld bath. Measurement data could be monitored and recorded through display and printing system, or transmitted directly into a microcomputer for self-adaptive weld width control.
