    利用固定化细胞法降解含酚废水的研究

    Research on the Use of Immobilized Cell in Degradation of Waste Water Contaminated with Phenol

    • 摘要: 通过正交实验,得到了试验用菌种的固定化细胞制备最优操作条件,并对固定化细胞的降解含酚废水过程进行了动力学分析,结果表明:固定化细胞的降解过程符合Monod模型,且固定化细胞的降解效果明显优于游离细胞。同时,采用添加硅藻土成份和表面化学处理两种方法,对固定化细胞性能的改进进行了初步研究。

       

      Abstract: With cross act, the optimial immobilization conditions of a kind of bacteria were obtained. Then, the phenol-degradation process of the immobilized cells observed and the kinetic parameters were analysed. Result shows that the phenol-degradation process of the immobilized cells fit in Monod model, and the degradation performance of the immobilized cells is obviously superior to that of the free cells. Meanwhile, two kinds of methods. one is to add to diatomite and the other is to do surface chemical treatment, are primarily studied to improve the character of the immobilized cells.
