    An Investigation Into the Susceptibility of Cold cracking in Welding of 35CrMnSiMoVA Superhigh Strength Steel

    • 摘要: 本文通过插销试验,采取不同预热温度对超高强度钢的焊接冷裂纹敏感性进行试验研究。通过金相和扫描电镜对断口和组织进行分析的结果表明,本钢材对氢致裂纹非常敏感,易产生穿晶,沿晶断裂及二次裂纹。采取预热和适当后热,会改善材料的焊接性。

       

      Abstract: By means of inplant tests at different preheating temperatures, the cold cracking susceptibility in welding of superhigh strength steel was investigated. The results of metallographical examination and fracture analysis of specimens by SEM showed that this material is very susceptible to hydrogen induced cracking, liable to produce transgranular and intergranular fractures and secondary cracks. Preheating and suitable postheating can improve its weldability.
