    Anti-fouling Experimental Study of a Green Compound Scale Inhibitor PASP/POCA for Heat Transfer Enhancement

    • 摘要: 采用动态法,对复合阻垢剂PASP/POCA的抗垢强化传热性能进行了实验研究.结果表明,复合阻垢剂阻垢效果非常显著.成垢溶液添加复合阻垢剂之后,污垢热阻大为减小,阻垢率达到98%左右.对污垢晶体的扫描电镜观察表明,经复合阻垢剂处理的CaCO3晶体结构由致密型变为结构松散型,抑制了换热表面结垢.

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the anti-fouling experiment of green compound scale inhibitor PASP/POCA for heat transfer enhancement is conducted in the dynamic system.The result indicates that the performance of scale inhibiting of the compound scale inhibitor is very excellent.Little compound scale inhibitor into the solution can make fouling thermal resistance decrease extraordinarily,and the scale inhibition rate can reach to about 98%.SEM photographs show that the shape of CaCO3 crystle changes from the compact structure to the relax structure,thus,scale is not easy to form on heat transfer surface.
