    偶氮胂Ⅲ分光光度法测定铬(Ⅲ)的研究

    Study on the Spectrophotometry Arsenazo(Ⅲ) Determination of Cr(Ⅲ)

    • 摘要: 研究了偶氮胂与铬(Ⅲ)的显色反应,结果表明:加热煮沸5mim,配合物形成完全配合物最大吸收波长610nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.1×104L/mol·cm,铬(Ⅲ)的测定范围在0~60μg/50mL内符合朗白-比耳定律.本法回收率95%~100%.应用于天然木和工业废水中铬(Ⅲ)的直接测定.

       

      Abstract: The Chromogenic reation of Cr(Ⅲ) with arsenazo Ⅲ have been studied. The results show that complex formation reation can be complete by heating at 100℃ for 5 min. The most absorption band of the complex lies at 610 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.1× 104L mol. cm. Lambert-Beer law is obeyed for Cr(Ⅲ) in the concentration range 0~60 mg/50 mL. The range of the recovery is 95%~100%. The metbod has been applied to the determination of Cr(Ⅲ) in water and industriat water water.
