    • 摘要: 碱洗脱法作为检测哺乳动物多种类型DNA损伤的简便而又经济的方法在致突、致癌及抗癌的研究领域得到了广泛的应用.对该法的原理、操作技术及进展进行了综述.

       

      Abstract: The alkaline elution methods were simple and econondc methods to detect sevens types of DNA damage in mammalian cells. They were widely used in the field of Potential potential, mutagens, carcinogens and anticancer agents. The essential concepts and theory of the technique were discussed and applications of technique to various types of DNA damages were reviewed.
