    • 摘要: 讨论了烟草生产中烘丝过程的水分控制问题.根据烘丝过程各阶段不同的工艺要求,提出了包括有开关控制、跟踪控制及预测控制的分段变策略控制方案.针对烘丝过程的非线性、不确定性及存在大滞后的特点,提出了一种基于模糊模型的自校正预测控制算法,并且与前馈控制方法结合,应用于烘丝过程的送料稳定阶段.系统仿真证明的可行性.

       

      Abstract: The humidity control problem in the tabacco production is discussed in this article. According to the different requirements at the individual stages of tabacco drying process, a piecewise control strategy consisting of the on-off control, tracking control, and predictive control is suggested. In view of the nonlinearity, uncertainty and the large time-delay of the tabacco drying process, a self-tuning predictive control algorithm based on the fuzzy model is applied to the stable stage of the tabacco drying process incorporating the feedforward control method. The feasibility is shown by the pertinent simulations.
