    大型齿轮箱回转支承故障诊断

    Fault Diagnosis of the Cross-rolling Bearing in Large Gear Box

    • 摘要: 高炉无料钟炉顶传动齿轮箱工况恶劣,在重载、高温、灰尘和高炉煤气的复合作用下长年运行,为防止其突发故障,在设备运行期间对其进行了振动和油脂检测,并采用频谱和光谱手段对数据进行分析处理;在设备解体后对故障部件进行了材质化验,研究表明:大多数炉顶传动齿轮箱停止运行是由于回转支承卡死造成的,回转支承卡死的原因之一是保持架破损,之后轴承滚柱在运动过程中发生错位,个别滚柱的运动状态由滚动变为滑动.最后造成滚柱因相互之间挤压而产生破损,导致齿圈的转动严重受阻甚至卡死.

       

      Abstract: As the transmission gear box on the top of the blast furnace works permanently under the heavy load, high temperature, dust and blast furnace gas, its working condition is very severe. In order to avoid its sudden malfunction, it was detected on its vibration and the grease during the working period. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the frequency spectrum and action spectrum methods. Finally the test on the material of the failure parts was made after the gear box was disassembled. The above research manifested that the stop of most transmission gear box on the top of the blast furnace was caused by the lock of the cross-rolling bearing, and one of the reasons of the lock was the damage of the cage. The rolling elements in the bearing disturbed each other after the damage of the cage, and the moving condition of some changed from rolling to sliding. As a result, the rolling elements pressed each other and damaged, finally the rotation of gear ring was impeded and locked.
