    超声驻波光强调制器调制度的直接测量

    Direct Measurement of Percentage modulation for Ultrasonic Standing wave Light Intensity modulator

    • 摘要: 本文给出了直接利用快速光电元件和示波器观测超声驻波光强调制度的方法。在30MHz、56MHz和95MHz上分别测试了两种驻波器件的光强调制度并讨论了实验结果。

       

      Abstract: A direct method using a PIN photo diode and a wide-band Osilfos-cope for the measurement of modulation percentage for ultrasonic standing wave light intensity modulator is reported. Percentage modulation of fused quarty and dense flint glass(ZF-6) modulators is measured at 30MHz, 56MHz, and 95MHz (3rd hamonic) respectively, and results are discussed.
