    • 摘要: 本文从微观机理的角度综述了铁电体中反常光生伏打效应的实验和理论研究工作,特别强调可与实验相比较的理论计算结果。

       

      Abstract: The experimental results of the anomalous photovoltaic effect in ferroelec-trics and the theoretical researches of its microscopic mechanisms are reviewed with emphasis on the calculated results which can be compared with observations.
