    Evolvment of 0.7 Structure in Mesoscopic Physics

    • 摘要: 对介观物理系统中0.7结构的研究方法和研究现状进行了总结分析,重点介绍了Thomas等人的量子点接触(QPC)实验模型和以密度泛函理论(DFT)与格林函数方法为基础的自旋自发极化理论模型,并指出0.7结构研究的方向和物理意义.

       

      Abstract: The current research situation and methods of 0.7 structure in mesoscopic physics are summarized and analyzed.The authors introduce mainly the experiment model of quantum point contact studied by Thomas et.al.,and spontaneous spin polarization model based on density functional theory and Green's function technique.In the end,the authors point out the direction and physical significance of the study of 0.7 structure.
