    后处理工艺对Pd催化剂活性的影响

    Effect of Post-Treatment on the Activity of Pd Catalyst

    • 摘要: 采用浸渍法制备陶瓷蜂窝状汽车尾气催化净化剂的过程中,不同的后处理工艺对Pd催化剂活性有着重要的影响,本文对此进行了深入研究,得出最佳的后处理工艺是氢气还原后进行活化,达到良好的三效净化率通过对催化剂的活性评价以及SEM等测试手段对催化剂的性能进行了剖析.

       

      Abstract: The influence of post-treatment on the activity of Pd catalyst was discussed in this article. The results showed that the best post-treatment is the calcination after reduction by the H2. The catalysts prepared by the impregnation were tested by the conversion of CO, HC, NOx, and have higher conversion efficiency. The properties of the catalysts were analyzed by the evaluation of activity and SEM.
