    • 摘要: 介绍了FRF-1型鱼类呼吸测定仪的研制及计算机系统的硬件结构和软件设计,并对七种鱼的呼吸频率进行了测试,试验结果说明:水温升高或降低2~3℃;pH值从7降至5.5,浊度从25ppm升至50ppm,以及溶解氧的变化均会影响鱼的呼吸频率的变化,因而可用于水污染的监测。

       

      Abstract: The paper discripes the application of determination of FRF-1 (fish respiration frequencies) in enviromental monitoring.And introduces the function of FRF-l instrument, sensor and structure of hardware and soltware of signle component computer system.
      Nine species of fish are determined by the instrument, the results show that if the tetnpreture rises or drops 2~3℃, pH is less thn 7, turbidity rises above 25ppm and DO becomes low.All these will affect the fish respiration frequencies and the FRF-l varies with the change of fish respiration frequencies.
