    Development of Computer Aided Design and Machine Setting Software for Cycloid Spiral Bevel Gear

    • 摘要: 为了实现Kelingelnberg摆线锥齿轮几何设计及机床设置参数计算的软件化集成,利用Visual Basic 6.0编程语言和AutoCAD 2004开发了摆线锥齿轮CAD及切齿调整参数计算软件.该软件可完成摆线锥齿轮的几何设计、强度校核、切齿调整计算、数据输出、齿轮图形参数化绘制以及齿轮实体的参数化建模等工作.实例表明,该软件系统的运算结果可用于Kelingelnberg摆线锥齿轮的工程设计及切齿加工.

       

      Abstract: In order to implement software integration of geometric design and machine setting calculation for Kelingelnberg cycloid spiral bevel gear,a CAD & machine setting algorithm software system was developed based on Visual Basic 6.0 program language and AutoCAD 2004 software platform.The software system can complete geometry parameter calculation,strength check,machine parameter setting calculation,data out- put,parametric drawing and solid modeling of Klingelnberg cycloid bevel gear.The presented example shows that the operation results of the software system can be applied to engineering design and tooth machining of Kelingelnberg cycloid spiral bevel gear.
