    The Quantitative Fractals Analysis of RBC Aggregation in the Suspensions of Autologous Plasma with the Aid of Multimedia Image Processing

    • 摘要: 首次引入多媒体图象处理和分形分析研究红细胞聚集.采用通用图象处理软件包、多媒体图象处理系统和自编软件等两套图象处理系统,定量测量了红细胞(RBC)的聚集参量,并对动态图象作了定量分形分析(Fractals analysis),找到了一些RBC特征参量(聚集体大小,聚集速度,RBC扁圆度,半生命期等)与分形维数(信息维数,信息熵)之间的相关性.

       

      Abstract: It is first time that the multimedia image processing and fractals analysis have ever been introduced to the study of red blood cells(RBC) aggregation.Also a software package for image processing,which has never been used previously,and a multimedia image processing system are used.The aggregation parameters of RBC are quantitatively measured; the fractals analysis of move image are made.The connection between some characteristic parameters of RBC such as:the aggregated size,aggregating velocity,oblateness degree of RBC,and the half-life time,as well as the fractal dimensions,the information dimension and information entropy,are worked out.
