    Air to Air Thermosyphon Heat Exchanger Unit for Telecommunication Base Station

    • 摘要: 为了降低通信基站空调的耗电量,提出利用热虹吸管换热机组辅助空调为基站降温的节能方案,研制出空气-空气热虹吸管换热机组样机,并对样机进行了实验测试.结果表明,在实验工况范围内,换热机组运行稳定、可靠,换热效果良好,温度效率η可达50%,能效比EER可达10.9。

       

      Abstract: To reduce the power consumption of air conditioners used for cooling telecommunication base stations,the thermosyphon heat exchanger unit is presented for the base station heat dissipation assisting with the air conditioner.An air to air thermosyphon heat exchanger unit is designed and tested.Resultsindicate that the heat exchanger unit works well with good heat dissipation performance under the testing conditions.The temperature effectiveness of the unit can reach 50%,and the energy efficiency ration(EER) reaches 10.9.
