    • 摘要: 主要研究主动脉内血泵辅助程度的变化对主动脉血管的影响.采用集中参数模型方法与弹性腔理论,设计了心血管循环系统-主动脉内血泵耦合集中参数模型,对模型进行了计算机模拟仿真.仿真结果表明:当主动脉内血泵工作在恒速模式时,主动脉血压和血流量的平均值会随着血泵转速提高而增加,但搏动成分却会随着血泵转速的提高而显著降低;当血泵转速达7 200 r/min时,主动脉压力和血流量的搏动成分几乎为0;由于主动脉压和血流量的搏动性过低会影响主动脉血管的结构和功能,因此恒速控制不适合主动脉内血泵的长期辅助控制.

       

      Abstract: The effect of the support level of intra-aorta pump on the aorta was studied.A cardiovascular-pump system model were designed using the method of lumped parameter and elastic chamber theory.Subsequently,computer simulations based on the model were conducted.Resultsdemonstrate that when the intra-aorta pump works in the mode of constant speed,the mean values of the aortic pressure and blood flow increase with increasing rotational speed of the pump;on the contrary,their pulsatility decreases significantly.When the pump speed is up to 7 200 r/min,the pulsatility pressure and blood flow of the aortic approximates to 0.The low pulsatile value of aortic pressure and blood flow will generate an influence on the structure and function of aorta.Therefore,the constant speed control strategy is not adoptable for the intra-aorta pump in long-term support.
