    微胶囊技术在洗涤助剂中的应用

    Application of Microcapsule Technology to the Detergent Builder

    • 摘要: 研究了微胶囊技术在洗涤助剂中的应用.选用乙基纤维素-聚乙烯-环己烷体系应用油相分离法,可制得含有固体漂白活化剂(BED)的微胶囊.去污力测定表明,将含BED的微胶囊加入洗衣粉中有降低氧系漂白剂释氧温度的作用.

       

      Abstract: The application of microcapsule technoloty to the detergent builder was studied. The solid bleach activator (BED) with in the microcapsule was manufactured, in the system of ethyl-cellulose-polyethlene-cyclohexane and using separative method in oil phase. As it turned out that adding microcapsule (contain BED) to powdered detergent, the release temperature of bleach with oxygen was decreased.
