    • 摘要: 为了实现企业现场的设备诊断与维护,同时向制造设备网络监控服务系统(WeD-Moniservice)的远程监控服务中心提供有效的设备状态监测信号特征量,提出了Web-MoniService的子系统——基于C/S(client/server)模式的制造设备企业局域网监控系统的网络构架,建立了系统的功能结构模型,探讨了方案实现的技术策略,利用LabView快速搭建了原型系统并给出了系统的运行实例.运行测试结果表明,基于C/S模式的设备企业局域网监控系统实现了制造设备在生产过程中的状态监控,具有强大的分析、查询、诊断功能.

       

      Abstract: To realize diagnosis and maintenance for machine tools and provide effective characteristic signals for the remote monitoring center of Web-MoniService, its subsystem--the C/S based enterprise ethernet monitoring system's framework was investigated. Additionally, the running model and the structure mode of the system were also established. The technical strategy to implement the scheme was studied. At the same time, the C/S based monitoring system was established by LabView and related technologies. The testing results show that the monitoring system of equipment-manufacturing enterprise ethernet based on C/S makes the manufacturing process monitoring possible and has powerful analysis, query and diagnosis functions.
