    大理岩磨擦试验及隧道掘进机刀具磨损分析——锦屏二级水电站引水隧洞工程

    Abrasivity Tests of Marbles and Cutter Wear Analysis of TBM: Headrace Tunnels of Jinping Ⅱ Hydropower Station

    • 摘要: 作者对锦屏二级水电站隧道掘进机施工引水隧洞沿线各大理岩岩组取样后在室内进了岩石的Cerchar磨擦试验,对试验结果进行了分级评价.通过对现场施工中的滚刀磨损数据分析表明,各大理岩岩组对刀具的磨擦性普遍较低,对刀具的正常磨损少,与磨擦试验结果一致;但由于隧道掘进机开挖过程中掌子面不平整,造成了大量滚刀的异常破坏.

       

      Abstract: The rock samples in different marble rock types were taken along the headrace tunnel excavated by Tunnel Boring Machine of Jinping Ⅱ Hydropower Station.The author used the taken samples to carry out Cerchar abrasivity tests indoors.Then the CAI values were analyzed and evaluated.By analysis of the cutter wear of TBM,the author expressed his opinion that the cutter wear in different marble rock types is low.These results accord with the abrasivity tests results of marbles.But,the abnormal cutter breakage is very high.It is mainly related to the uneven tunnel face.
