    Complex Calcium and Silicate-aluminates Industry Wastes Combined Active Phosphorous Slag

    • 摘要: 利用少量多元钙质和活性硅铝质工业废渣(DM),消除磷渣中有害成分对水泥物理性能的影响,并借助XRD、SEM、MIP等测试技术探讨其水化作用机理.研究表明:磷渣中掺入少量DM后,水泥凝结时间明显缩短,早期强度有所提高.同时在机械活化作用下,DM对磷渣改良效果显著增强,水泥凝结时间极剧缩短(缩短了8 h左右);早期强度大幅度地提高了50%以上.磷渣中掺入少量DM后,可消除有害成分的影响,激发磷渣活性,促进水泥水化,是改善磷渣性能的有效途径.

       

      Abstract: It is a small amount of complex calcium and silicate-aluminates industry wastes(DM) that reduce the influence of harmful compound in phosphorous slag on cement physical performance.The paper studied the hydraulic mechanics with XRD,SEM and MIP.It showed that,when DM was added in phosphorous slag,setting-time became shorter apparently,and early strength higher.Simultaneously,under mechanical activation,the modified result was obvious.Setting-time of the modified cement dramatically shorted to about 8 hours,and early strength enhanced higher than 50%. When DM was added in phosphorous slag,the influence of harmful compound was eliminated, phosphorous slag activity was activated,hydraulic course was accelerated,And it is the effective way to modify phosphorous slag.
