A Study on the Underground Space of Downtown Beijing

摘要: 结合北京市主要商业街区、商业网点的现状,分析了北京市发展商业地下空间的迫切性,并对地下商业空间的发展前景作了大体评估。旨在通过北京市主要商业街地下空间的发展研究,提出北京市以发展地下商业空间为先导,带动其它类型地下空间开发的发展方向。

Abstract: On analysing the urgency and the superiority of developing the underground space of business quarters in Beijing, This paper makes a study on the development of the underground commecial space and the way to realize it.
