    A Test Lab Cooling System Heat Transfer Model for Armored Vehicle Diesel Engine

    • 摘要: 基于集总参数法建立了一个装甲车辆柴油机试验台架冷却系统动态传热模型,考虑了柴油机机体、散热器、水泵及调温器的动态传热特性及工作特点,为冷却系统的设计与改进提供了依据;并在12V150涡轮增压柴油机进行了试验.该模型可用于柴油机冷却系统的动态传热研究.

       

      Abstract: A model based on the lumped parameter method is developed for the test lab cooling system of armored vehicle engine. Heat transfer and working properties of engine combustion chamber, radiator, cooling system, water pump and thermostat are included. It is the aid means for improving cooling system performance. An example simulation is implemented for 12V150 turbocharged diesel engine. The results show that this model can be used for studying heat performance of cooling system.
