    Evaluating KISCC in 16Mn steel with WOL Specimens Modified Dimensions in Surface

    • 摘要: 为测定低强度高韧性的16Mn钢的有效平面应变门限应力强度内子KISCC,本文介绍了一种改进面内尺寸的WOL试样。这种试样既满足了现有规范的一切尺寸要求,试样尺寸也不过大。试验结果表明,16Mn钢在H2S环境中的抗应力腐蚀性能是好的。

       

      Abstract: In order to determine the valid plane-strain threshold stress intensity KISCC of low-strength and high-toughness steel 16Mn, this paper described a kind of WOL specimens modified dimensions in surface. For such specimens, all requirements of dimensions for present criterions were satisfied and the dimensions of specimens were yet not too large. The results of test showed that 16Mn steel is less sensitive to stress-corrosion cracking in H2S environment.
