    磁致伸缩微动驱动器的研制

    Development of Magnetostrictive Micro-actuator

    • 摘要: 对国产Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2稀土铁单晶超磁致伸缩材料的应用特性进行了测试和讨论.在此基础上研制了磁致伸缩驱动器,该驱动器在场强9.55×104A/m时位移输出为20μm,分辨率为0.1μm,线性度约为4%,静态力输出1109 N,工作电压范围1~15 V,工作电流3A以下.该驱动器具有体积小、发热量少、工作稳定等特点.

       

      Abstract: The authors measures and discusses the applied characteristics of single grain giant magnetostrictive material Tb0.27Dy0.73Fe2. On this basis, magnetostrictive micro- actuator is developed. When field intensity is 9.55×104 A/ m, the displacement output of the actuator is 20μ m, the discrimination is 0.1μm, the linearity is almost 4% and the output of static force is 1 109 N. The range of working voltage is 1 - 15 V, the working current is below 3 A. The dimension of actuator is φ = 40 mm, L = 60 mm. It has small volume, generates little heat and works stably.
