    The Design of An AO Device Whose Central Frequency Is 300 MHz

    • 摘要: 本文介绍以钼酸铅或氧化碲为声光介质中心频率为300MHz的声光器件的设计,计算了以锡为粘合层时的换能器带宽并选择了镀层厚度。该器件的带宽为200MHz,从而可使器件的时间带宽积达到1000,初步满足声光信号处理和声光光计算机的需要。

       

      Abstract: In this paper,the design of an AO device Whose central frequency is 300 MHz is given.This device uses lead molybdate or paratellurite as the acousto-optic medium and tin as the adhesive layer between the transducer and the AO medium.The frequency response of the piezo-electric transducer and the transducer bandwidth are calculated and the layers' thickness is chosen.The total bandwidth of this device reaches 200 MHz,resulting in a time-bandwidth product(TB product)of 1000, which fulfils the elementary requirements of AO signal processing and AO optical computer.
