    The Cause of Tax Evation and tax Avoidance of Enterprises With Foreign Investment in Beijing and the Exploratory Study on Related Legal Measures

      摘要
    • 摘要: 对北京市外商投资企业偷漏避税的手段、成因及危害作了客观分析,提出了防范的具体法律措施.

       

      Abstract: Enterprises with foreign investment bring new energy to our economy.However among those enterprises, tax evation and tax avoidance happened frequently in recent years, which we cannot ignore. This article objectively analyses the means, the causes and the bad influences on our economy of in evation and tax avoidance, and presents detailed legal measures to prevent them from happening.
