    • 摘要: 为了研究液化石油气(LPG)发动机的燃烧特征及其影响因素,预测LPG发动机性能,分别对GY6汽油发动机和LPG发动机进行了数值模拟,通过实验分别测取了燃油和燃气的示功图,将实验结果与模拟计算结果进行对比,验证模型的可靠性.模拟计算是在分析火花点火发动机缸内湍流特性基础.上,建立了发动机燃烧计算的双区模型,分别用汽油和LPG对GY6汽油机的工作过程进行了模拟,通过建立物性参数模型、传热模型、湍流卷吸燃烧模型、燃烧室几何尺寸计算模型等相应的子模型,实现了燃烧过程的计算;同时结合实验数据进行验证,实验表明计算结果合理,在小型汽油机性能预测研究中建立的准维湍流卷吸燃烧模型是可行的.

       

      Abstract: In order to study the combustion characteristic and its effect factors and to predict performance of LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) engine, simulations of working processes of GY6 LPG engine and gasoline engine are carried out. Indicator diagram are measured by experiments. All results computed are compared with the experimental results and the feasibility of the combustion model is verified. Based on the analysis of turbulent vortex structure and turbulence characteristics in cylinder of S I engine, two-zone quasi-dimentional model for S I engine is set up in this article, simulation of combustion process of GY6 gasoline engine is carried out by using gasoline and LPG and the calculation of combustion process is realized through the foundation of corresponding sub-models and equations; the computed results are proved reasonable and the model set up in the research of prediction of S I engine performance is feasible.
