    • 摘要: 针对北京奥运交通的特点,论述了奥运赛时交通需求管理目标、原则,以及可以采取的各种交通需求管理措施,提出了奥运相关道路交通流量预测流程构架及各类需求预测的方法,为北京市制定奥运交通需求管理策略提供了有力支持.并以奥运区域的路网容量为约束条件,针对奥运赛时的交通需求管理目标,建立了奥运区域交通需求管理最佳决策的优化模型,同时借助计算机模拟结果分析确定了最佳方案.

       

      Abstract: Based on the traffic characteristics of Beijing Olympic games, the authors expound the object and principle and the possible measures taken of traffic demand management in Beijing 2008, and the propose of the traffic demand prediction and traffic flow estimation method so as to provide and the powerful support for Beijing government to establish Olympic traffic demand management plan. Taking the road capacity as restriction condition and aiming at the purpose of traffic demand management during Olympic games, the optimum decision model of transportation demand management is established.
